Nebbiolo is a finicky bugger. It sometimes doesn't fruit well, hates the cold, grows in weird patterns, and almost doesn't finish up in the fall. We missed crops in 2017 and 2020, but 2019 was a very good year for Nebbiolo. Aged in new French oak, ours is the Idaho take on this traditional Italian wine. Keep in your cellar for a few more years, or uncork it now. Either way, enjoy!
